About the Role:
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who will be responsible for:
- How the game functions and how the player perceives it.
- The structure, logic, and usability of all game screens.
- The seamless connection between gameplay and interface.
Key Responsibilities
- UX Strategy: Creating user flows, screen transition logic, and defining the overall game structure.
- Layout & Design: Designing screen layouts, establishing information hierarchy, and optimizing HUD structures.
- Gameplay Integration: Ensuring tile readability, clear goal visualization, and logical introductions of new mechanics.
- Interactivity: Designing object interactions and various screen states.

Requirements
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX.
- Game Dev experience is mandatory.
- Background in mobile / casual / mid-core projects.
- Experience with shipped products (not just concepts).

- UX Mindset: Expertise in user flows and wireframing.
- Gameplay Fluency: A deep understanding of how gameplay translates to UI systems.
- Gaming Insight: Knowledge of match-3 mechanics, player interaction patterns, and factors influencing retention.
Technical Proficiency

- Familiarity with engine integration and working within technical UI systems.
Software & Tools
