As a Recruiter at Stepico, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to assemble a talented team of game developers, designers, artists, and other creative professionals. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting the best candidates to fill various roles within our game development projects.

Requirements
- At least 1+ years of proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the game development industry;
- At least Intermediate level of English (written and verbal);
- Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including X-Ray, Boolean, and familiarity with recruiter search tools for LinkedIn;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Will be a plus
- Working experience with stuffing on the European market;
- Knowledge of the game development industry, its trends, and the roles within it;
- Ability to evaluate technical and soft skills and assess cultural fit.

Main responsibilities
- Full cycle of IT recruiting, vacancy closing and active sourcing;
- Collaborate with hiring managers and project leads to understand their staffing needs;
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent in the game development industry;
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events, to identify potential candidates;
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates;
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, culture fit, and enthusiasm for game development;
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members;
- Gather feedback from interviewers to make informed hiring decisions;
- Collaborate with hiring managers to prepare and send job offers;
- Guide candidates through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition into the company;
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of the recruitment process;
- Provide regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
