Requirements
- Legal education;
- Constant experience in the legal field – 2+ years (an advantage in IT);
- Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, defending legal positions;
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office, Google Documents, etc.;
- Knowledge of the English language – Advanced level and above.
Personal Characteristics
- Demonstrated responsibility, attention to detail, and good analytical skills;
- Communication skills;
- Ability to learn and quickly adapt to change;
- Initiative (experience in implementing processes that optimize).
Main Responsibilities
- Reviewing client contracts;
- Making and considering client amendments, defending legal positions;
- Reviewing of NDA, SDA, SOW, DDT, and other agreements;
- Conducting legal negotiations (both written and verbal) with clients;
- Preparation and signing of contracts with employees and contractors;
- Keeping up with changes in legislation related to the IT sector.
