We are seeking a talented and strategic Senior Content Manager to join our marketing team at Stepico, an European game development company with 10+ years of expertise in creating amazing mobile, PC, and console gaming solutions. The ideal candidate will take charge of crafting compelling content strategies, coordinate teams of content creators, and drive engagement across multiple channels. You will play a key role in elevating our brand and showcasing our expertise in the gaming industry.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, or related fields;
  • Good writing, editing, and storytelling skills (English);
  • Experience managing content creators and executing multi-channel campaigns;
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, ability to leverage analytics tools and content management systems.

Will be a plus

  • Passion for gaming or experience in the gaming industry is a significant plus; 
  • Experience working with diverse and dynamic content formats, including videos, infographics, interactive media, and trending formats like short-form videos or gamified content.

Main responsibilities

  • Content Strategy: develop and execute a content roadmap aligned with marketing objectives and brand positioning. Develop high-quality content, including blog posts, social media, video scripts, case studies, and more;
  • Website Content Management: take ownership of website content by creating, updating, and optimizing pages to align with the company’s brand and marketing objectives. This includes hands-on content creation, implementing SEO best practices, and collaborating with designers and developers to improve user experience and drive engagement;
  • Analytics & Reporting: track and report on content performance. Use data and analytics systems to refine strategies and showcase quantitative results from content initiatives;
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: work closely with game design, delivery, business development, and other departments to create accurate, customer-centric content that supports business objectives;
  • Team Management: find and coordinate external content creators to deliver high-quality outputs while exploring opportunities to initiate and lead in-house content teams in the future;
  • Industry Expertise: keep up with trends in gaming and marketing to create innovative, audience-focused content.
