About Position

We are looking for a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with extensive experience in the gaming industry to join our executive team. The CMO will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, drive client acquisition, and foster growth in a competitive market. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in marketing, a deep understanding of the gaming and service industries, and the ability to manage and inspire a diverse marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals and objectives;
  • Brand Management: Enhance and manage the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels;
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies;
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content marketing, and events;
  • Client Acquisition: Drive initiatives to attract and retain clients, leveraging innovative marketing techniques and data-driven insights;
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment;
  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives;
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed;
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with industry influencers, media, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the gaming and/or service industry;
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the gaming sector;
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team;
  • Proficiency in analyzing market data, consumer insights, and performance metrics;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively;
  • Innovative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging new marketing technologies;
  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth and achieve measurable results;
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet ambitious targets;
  • Advanced level of English.
