Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager in Outsource Software Development (at least 1+ year in Game Dev);
  • Fluency in written and spoken English;
  • Understanding of the Gaming Industry and Game Development Life Cycle;
  • Hands-on experience with various inbound/outbound sales channels and tools;
  • Knowledge of how to establish long-term relationships with new clients;
  • Accurate communication and presentation skills (both written and oral);
  • The ability to fill in your own pipeline using outbound techniques is a must;
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets, Docs, Presentations, etc.;
  • Willingness and ability to attend conferences abroad;
  • You must love your craft.

Will be a plus

  • Solid experience in Game Dev / iGaming;
  • Experience working within the ABM framework;
  • Experience with Koala or other pipeline-generating tools.

Main Responsibilities

  • Working both with inbound and outbound leads;
  • Quality validation of new requests based on our ICPs (iGaming, 2D/3D Art & Animations, Full-Cycle Game Development);
  • Clear identification of potential client’s needs and requirements;
  • Full support of all stages of the sales pipeline – from attracting new clients to signing a contract and handing over the project to the delivery team;
  • Leading the pre-sale process by working with Delivery, Art, and Engineering Teams;
  • Scrupulous CRM maintenance;
  • Conducting calls with potential clients regularly;
  • Collaborating with reporting manager and marketing team on improving sales results;
  • Providing ideas for improvement of the current services and processes;
  • Generating leads for your pipeline;
  • Performing KPIs focused on personal development and new business growth.
