Stepico is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to support our growing Business Development team. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing our sales processes, maintaining data integrity, and enabling our sales team to focus on closing deals.
We are an experienced team looking for someone eager to start their journey in sales — curious, driven, and ready to learn. The ideal candidate will have spent some time in a junior or operations role within an enterprise environment, where they’ve developed a disciplined work ethic and familiarity with structured processes, reporting, and typical business tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and CRMs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data for leads, opportunities, and pipeline reporting
- Generate regular sales reports and performance dashboards to support forecasting and decision-making
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of sales processes, tools, and playbooks
- Collaborate with the CBDSO and sales leaders to identify process gaps and propose solutions
- Support sales enablement initiatives, such as onboarding materials, process descriptions, RACI development, etc.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and experience in tools like Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in the tech, gaming, or outsourcing industry is a plus
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
Would be a plus:
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot)
