 Requirements

• Basic understanding of how business processes work (e.g. hiring, onboarding, invoice approvals, etc.).
• Some experience (educational or practical) working with tools like Zapier, n8n, Make (Integromat), or similar.
• Familiarity with UML diagrams or other ways of visualizing workflows and logic.
• Interest in working with databases (e.g., basic knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn).
• Logical and structured thinking – you enjoy understanding how things work and how to make them more efficient.
• Comfortable learning and using digital tools, services, and platforms.
• Communicative, open to teamwork, and ready to collaborate with various departments like HR, Finance, or Legal.
• Currently pursuing a master’s or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field;

Main Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing and mapping company processes – from HR to Finance – and suggest ways to improve them.
• Help create and update automated workflows using tools like n8n, Zoho, Zapier.
  Build and maintain simple process diagrams to visualize how tasks and systems connect.
• Work with different departments to understand their pain points and how automation can help.
• Learn how to connect systems via APIs or webhooks with support from senior team members.
• Test and debug automated workflows and provide basic support for internal users.
• Keep basic documentation and help keep our internal flows up to date.

Will Be a Plus

• Exposure to AI tools like ChatGPT, or automation-enhanced productivity setups.
• Background in IT, business analytics, or systems administration.
• Any understanding of API integrations, webhooks, or scripting.
• Interest in process optimization, digital transformation, or internal tooling.
