How Stepico Artists Created Realistic 3D Environments for a Norway-Based Client

Project Overview: Sweco Oslofjord CC

For this ambitious project, our team developed a 1 square kilometer 3D environment of the Oslofjord Convention Village, a multifunctional complex featuring residential buildings, sports and convention centers, restaurants, a skybar, recreational zones, a beach, and underground parking. The client’s goal was to create a highly detailed and explorable 3D game environment — not just a static architectural model, but an interactive space that could be experienced in real time.

3D Environment Modeling With Next-Gen Tools

To meet these goals, our team utilized the powerful capabilities of Unreal Engine 5, along with a tailored pipeline for 3D environment modeling and real-time performance. We combined photorealism with technical precision, ensuring every asset was optimized for smooth navigation and immersive engagement.
