We are looking for an experienced project manager to join our team and help us elevate our projects to a new level.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in project management;
• Track record with art-related projects;
• Strong experience in Agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban;
• Excellent communication skills to provide regular feedback to the customer and team members;
• Strong leadership skills to motivate the team and keep them on track;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while ensuring quality deliverables;
• Experience in risk management and problem-solving to proactively address issues that may arise;
• Knowledge of project management tools and software to manage tasks, timelines, and budgets effectively;
• Strong organizational skills in managing project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes;
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Will be plus:

• Experience and understanding of game development;
• Understanding of Art/Animation creation processes;
• Being a gamer.

Main Responsibilities

• Project Planning: You would be responsible for creating a project plan that aligns with the project objectives and meets the customer’s demands;
• Stakeholder Management: You would need to effectively manage the customer’s expectations and maintain a strong relationship with them;
• Schedule Management: Given the unstable schedule, you would need to be flexible and adaptable in managing project timelines. Regularly monitor and update the project schedule to reflect any changes or delays;
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project delivery;
• Facilitate effective collaboration and communication among team members to ensure everyone is aligned and working towards the project goals. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise within the team;
• Implement a feedback loop to gather feedback from stakeholders, team members, and the customer. Use this feedback to continuously improve the project and make necessary adjustments to meet the customer’s evolving requirements;

• Be available for late calls (2 times per week)  and discussions with the team and stakeholders, considering the demanding nature of the project. Effectively manage time zones and ensure open lines of communication to address any urgent matters promptly.
