Responsibilities and Areas of Accountability for the Data Analyst:

Daily Product Analytics:

• Collect key user behavior metrics (using Google Analytics).
• Analyze the collected data, generate hypotheses for improving user experience and monetization.
• Prepare short and clear reports for stakeholders.

Support During Releases:

• Analyze metric changes after updates.
• Provide analytical support to the team — conclusions, recommendations, risk assessments.

Working with Analytical Infrastructure:

• Participate in planning and adding new analytics events together with developers.
• Advise on setting up user behavior tracking (based on GA or other tools).

Desired Skills:

• Experience working with Google Analytics
• Dashboard building skills (Tableau)
• Ability to formulate product hypotheses and validate them using data.
• Good communication skills — collaboration with game designers, developers, and stakeholders.
