Requirements

Mandatory:

  • Experience with accounting for LLCs and private entrepreneurs (FOP) for 5+ years;
  • Understanding the specifics of salary accrual, vacations, and sick leaves;
  • Work experience in the BAS system (1C8);
  • Proficient user of Excel and Google Sheets;
  • Understanding the specifics of maintaining military records.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Diia.City;
  • Higher education in economics or accounting.

Personal Characteristics

  • Demonstrated responsibility, attention to detail, and good analytical skills;
  • Communication skills;
  • Ability to learn and quickly adapt to change;
  • Initiative (experience of implementing processes that optimize).

Main Responsibilities

  • Full accounting management for LLC Diia.City (including preparation and submission of necessary reports, salary accrual and payments, etc.);
  • Supervision and coordination of the work of junior colleagues, delegation and review of completed work, providing feedback;
  • Coordination of military records management.
