Requirements:

• Successful work experience as a 3D Artist 5+ years;
• Successful experience as a Lead Artist 2+ years;
• Experience of managing a team of 3D artists;
• Excellent mastery of 3D redactors;
• Knowledge of the graphics development process for mobile game projects;
• Ability to follow stylistics;
• Understanding to properly prepare art assets and interface elements for implementation;
• Excellent ability to draw by hand and on a graphics tablet;
• Working experience with UE4-5 and Unity;
• Intermediate or higher level of English both written and verbal;
• The presence of a strong portfolio of art works;
• The presence of a strong portfolio of projects (in which you participated, as well as those that led.

Responsibilities:

• Management of an art team (team formation, distribution of tasks);
• Controlling the quality;
• Interaction with other departments on the project;

• Creating technical description of tasks;
• Making the estimation of atypical tasks;
• Writing feedbacks for the team and monitoring their implementation;
• Communication with the client.
